This Christmas I wanted to try something different. We had a choice prime rib roast with all the fixings.. garlic mash, beef gravy, sauteed mushrooms, salad, rolls, and brussel spouts with carrots.... plus tons of sweets.
I seasoned it with a rub and covered it in kosher salt.
Walla! A perfect medium rare.
Coconut macaroons topped with chocolate and pecans.
Freshly baked pumpkin bread.
Dark chocolate cake with butter cream frosting and coconut flakes.
