Chickens

Per request, here are some of the eggs our chickens have been laying. The one on the left was laid a few days ago and by far the biggest egg we had ever seen. the middle egg is a regular large egg from the store and the little one is from our little white hens.

This is a video of our chickens and their coop. It was a hassle since they would poop everywhere, so Ad has built them a new shelter. See below.

This is their new enclosure, it is much larger and Ad put in a lot of work to secure it. The bottom portion had to be cemented with a screen to prevent any carnivores from trying to eat our layers. We have had incidents with feral cats and coyotes.
