Needed repairs.

When we finally moved in, we knew there was work to be done. My Family was visiting in July and we wanted to make some changes before they arrived. Ad, being a plumber, tackled the guest bathroom. When he started, he estimated the job to not be too difficult.. until he started. He ended up having to tear out all the insulation from the walls, rebuild a entirely new wall and complete all the under ground plumbing. It consumed most of his time after work and on the weekends.

For me, I tackled the living room. We had the most atrocious wall paper and I ripped it all out, taped and mudded the walls, sanded them and put a fresh layer of primer. It was also time consuming and tedious.

Ad had to cut the old tub in half to remove it.

All the old insulation and demolished wall.

We found mold behind the wall so it had to be torn down and completely replaced.

Our new jet tub.

Burning the midnight oil to get it done.
